Membership terms

The service

CW Weather Premium gives members access to weather forecasts, charts and datasets for North West England produced by CW Weather. Forecasts are for guidance only. They are not a substitute for official warnings from the Met Office, and we can't accept liability for decisions made using them.

Subscriptions

Memberships are paid monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part-used periods, except where the law requires it.

If we change prices, we'll tell existing members by email at least 30 days before the change affects their next payment.

Using the data

Your membership is for you personally. Please don't share your log-in or republish, resell or redistribute the charts or data without permission. Sharing a single chart on social media with credit to CW Weather is fine.

Availability

We aim to publish regularly but can't guarantee any particular product will be available at any given time, as it depends on upstream model data and our own systems.

Ending access

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing log-ins or redistributing data.

Problems, payments and disputes

If something isn't right with your membership or a payment, please email chorleyweather@outlook.com with the email address you signed up with, and I'll sort it out as quickly as I can. Please get in touch before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank, as most problems can be fixed straight away, including refunds where they're due.
